Chianti is a territory rich not only in the cultivation of vineyards and olives, but also in ancient traditions, small villages and parishes, abbeys and castles rich in history.

Between the two small towns of Radda and Gaiole in Chianti, two historical sites for the production of Chianti Classico, right in the heart of Tuscany, there lies a large farm of approx 500 acres. The 17th century Villa, owned by the noble family of Prince Ferdinando Strozzi and afterwards by the family of the Baron Giorgio Sonnino, with its majestic and unique facade, dominates from a hilltop 500 m above sea level. The Villa is protected by the Regional Board of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Environmental Conservation.

Situated in the green Chiantishire hills, to 480meter above sea level, the property is an authentic terrace on Tuscany.
The ancient village, after a careful rebuilding that respects the history and traditions of this land, offers a receptivity of the highest level. Each flat makes out of the historical core and it is equipped with any sort of comfort to assure a pleasant permanence.
The residential complex is equipped with a big swimming pool, children area, a big parking, a barbeque area for our customers. Little pets are allowed here. There is also a well equipped laundry self-service.
